Around the Room Functional Fitness
A circuits styled session where you’ll quite litrually work your way around the room using a wide variety of equipment. This will be sure to get the sweat dripping and heart pumping.
Bells & Balls FF
It’s in the name. Working with kettbells and swissballs for the ultimate full body conditioning workout.
Combining both weight training (Olympic bars) and step boxes into this workout. A variety of Amrap, Tabata and EMOMs will be devised to work each bit of kit.
The ultimate super Saturday circuit. Consists of 13 stations around the room. Each trainer will add their own twist to a finnisher or halfway burnout to keep you on your toes.
Studio Cycling is a fun way to get yourself in shape. Our studio cycling session are focusing on endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity principles.
Think ‘Bar’ only class. Using either the world class Olympic bars If you’re an experienced lifter or practice technique with a studio barbell and work your way up. This class is taken at a pace which suits you. Go slow and lift heavy or rep it out....
