It’s in the name. Working with kettlebells and swiss balls for the ultimate full body conditioning workout.
The ultimate super Saturday circuit. Consists of 13 stations around the room. Each coach will add their own twist to a finisher or halfway burnout to keep you on your toes.
Combining elements of Olympic lifting, Powerlifting and Strongman, there will be an opportunity to build confidence and develop your technique before completing a strength-based circuit.
