The ultimate super Saturday circuit. Consisting of a number of stations around the room. Each coach will add their own twist to a finisher or halfway burnout to keep you on your toes.

Studio Cycling

Studio cycling is a fun way to get yourself in shape. Our studio cycling sessions focus on endurance, strength, intervals and high intensity principles.

Deka

DEKA

Our DEKA fitness sessions will get you lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, jumping/stepping/climbing over something, getting down on the ground and standing back up. Not forgetting the three basic forms of transportation - rowing, skiing and cycling.
